Privacy notice

This notice explains what GoOnSure.ie Home Services does with the information you give us when you ask for a quote on this website.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive the services you picked, your name, phone number, town or Eircode, and anything else you choose to add: your email, property type, a description of the job, photos and when you need the work done. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To match your request with a suitable local professional and pass it on to them so they can contact you and quote. We only share it with the professional(s) we connect you with, for that job. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.

Where it goes

The form is delivered to us by email using Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself doesn't store your enquiry in a database.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep job and invoice records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
