Window Cleaning
Irish rain doesn't wash windows, it leaves them spotted with whatever was in the air: salt near the coast, dust and traffic grime in town, pollen in summer. Upstairs windows are the ones that never get done. A proper clean covers the glass, the frames and the sills, and a purified-water pole system reaches the upper floors safely from the ground.

How we do it
Step by step.
- 01
Look
Check the windows, frames and access, and anything that needs extra care like old putty or leaded glass.
- 02
Scrub
Glass and frames scrubbed to lift the dirt, rather than smeared around.
- 03
Rinse
Rinsed with purified water, which has nothing left in it to leave marks as it dries.
- 04
Check
A look over every pane before leaving, and the sills wiped.
Best time to book
Any time of year, but early spring clears the winter grime and early autumn gets the summer dust and pollen off before the dark evenings.

Window Cleaning: your questions
Can windows be cleaned when it's raining?
In light rain, yes. Purified water leaves no residue, so a bit of rain on a freshly cleaned window dries clear. Heavy, windblown rain is a different story and it's better to rearrange.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Every two to three months keeps most homes looking right. Houses near the coast or on a busy road may want it more often.
Do I need to be in?
Not for outside windows, as long as gates are open. For inside windows, yes.
